First Fridays in vacant spaces on Beach Street - On the first Friday of each month, teachers and members of the Art League have been showing artwork in the vacant spaces on Beach Street. On May 1st, Don Renner demonstrated portrait painting in our location at 222 & 224 South Beach Street. It is quite enjoyable to stroll down Beach Street on each First Friday, with such fine art and dining all in one loaction. Since our openings fall on the same weekend, we are able to present previews of the Art League exhibit on the Sunday following. As this event grows Daytona Beach will flourish and all will benefit. |
