"Early Fog on Marsh"

Members – $20.00 per class, nonmembers – $25.00 per class, ongoing

Students will work in oil, acrylic, or pastel, and learn to capture light, atmospheric effect, and prismatic color in their landscape and seascape works.  All levels.

Frank graduated Rutgers University and The Newark College of Fine and Industrial Arts. He studied plein air and studio oil painting for over twenty years at the Ridgewood Art Institute with John Phillip Osborne…who was influenced by the American Impressionist painter, Frank Vincent DuMond and his 1880’s “Prismatic Pallet”.

Frank taught oil painting for the past twenty years in community schools, universities, and privately in his New Jersey studio. He has given oil painting demonstrations through out the United States and his paintings hang in many galleries. He served on the board of directors at The Ridgewood Art Institute, NJ and the American Artist Professional League, NY.
