Award winning artist, Trish Beckham, has been painting professionally for over forty five years. Having taught both watercolor and oil painting, she strives to reach each individual student to help them achieve their personal goals and to pursue an individual style.
Beckham maintains a working studio in Ormond Beach.
Class Description
Learn tools and techniques to paint in a more suggestive style. Gain confidence, learn to leave more to the imagination, and find a more personal style in the process!
For intermediate to advanced painters.
Students will paint from their own photo reference.
Trish will demo her approach to painting in the first class and then as needed.
The fourth Wednesday will end with a group discussion.
Supply List:
Oil paints - warm and cool of each of the primaries plus titanium white.
Palette - (I use Grey Matters Paper Palette)
Painting knives - at least two sizes
Credit card or similar scraper
Canvas or board
Paper towels (I use Bounty)
Gamsol
Photo references to work from
Extras - Q tips for wiping out; Brush or charcoal for initial design; Gloves

Tuition Fee with Credit Card: $166.00 members - $187.00 non-members

Registration ends Friday before the first class of series.
Cancellations must be made at least one week before the first day of class in order to receive a refund.
