Workshop Description (Limited to 12 students)

Are you ready to take your gelli printing skills to the next level? Whether you are a professional artist or simply looking to expand your artistic horizons, this hands-on workshop is the perfect opportunity to explore your creativity, connect with other artists, and learn new gelli printing skills and techniques.

All techniques will be demonstrated. You will explore making prints using layering, masking, and resists to achieve intricate textures and patterns. You will experiment with a variety of materials, tools and techniques including found objects, Play Doh, permanent and acrylic markers, direct painting, transfers, multi-layers, and more that result in truly unique prints highlighting your individual style and creativity.

BIO Pam Coffman is an accomplished art educator and professional artist with more than 22 years of experience teaching studio art and art history at the secondary and college level. She received her BA from Rollins College in 1984 and her MS in Art Education and Studio Art from Florida State University in 1993.

As a professional artist Pam has been actively engaged in making art since the early 1970s. She has participated in numerous art festivals, gallery shows, exhibitions, and invitational and juried shows throughout Florida. Her work has received recognition in the form of sales and awards.

In addition to creating her own work, Pam loves teaching workshops and giving talks on art and creativity. She has served as a juror/judge for numerous art exhibitions and competitions throughout the area.
