“Photographing Your Art and Products”

Tuition with Check/Cash: $120.00 members - $140.00 non-members
Payment in full is required before the first class. Class is limited to 12 students.

Cancellations must be made at least one week before the day of workshop in order to receive a refund.
Class Description
This Beginner’s class focuses on instructing you in lighting and photographing high-quality images to promote and sell your products, services or brands as an artist. First impressions are often based on web images, high-quality artist visuals of your work or product; convey your professionalism and attention to detail, building trust in your work. We will focus on getting the image “right in camera”, reducing the need for post processing and editing. The class will accomplish this by teaching the functions of the camera to provide accurate color balance, exposure, focusing, depth of field and other factors. A strong emphasis will be on lighting the subject for an image suitable to use in web sales sites like eBay, Etsy, Facebook and your own web pages.
Supplies students are to bring:
Camera or cell phone to take your photos.
